Transit time to Canada is typically 5-7 business days, if there are no delays at customs.

At this time, we ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and U.S. territories, including Guam and Puerto Rico, plus Canada. Please contact us at orders@PureEnergyVT.com for shipping outside those areas. 

Yes, we are pleased to offer USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses. 

Yes, we do ship to P.O. boxes.

USPS Economy and Standard shipping options are available to all orders. Orders with a subtotal over $50 (after any discounts have been applied) qualify for free USPS Ground shipping in the continental USA*! Please select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

All orders are shipped within 24-72 hours of receipt.

If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@PureEnergyVT.com. We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam folder.

If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. USPS.com provides delivery status. You can track your package on their website to discover where your package was delivered. If the package is not found, notify us within three days of the scanned delivery date at orders@PureEnergyVT.com We will start a trace with USPS and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days.

If your package or product was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at orders@PureEnergyVT.com. Please do not discard the product or the packaging as these materials may be required your claim to be processed.

Please email details and pictures to orders@PureEnergyVT.com. Please do not discard your item. We may ask that you return it for quality assurance. If you did not purchase your product from PureEnergyVT.com, let us know the retailer you purchased the product from.

We want you to love your Pure Energy Apothecary purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to orders@PureEnergyVT.com within 14 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. We will be happy to provide a refund for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Please note: Our warehouse does not accept returns. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and process your return without the return authorization and the correct return address.

All items purchased directly from PureEnergyVT.com may be accepted for a return. If you purchased a Pure Energy Apothecary product from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.

We are unable to provide return shipping labels at this time. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your items. We recommend that if you are shipping an item over $75 that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance. If a return item is lost in the shipment back, we cannot issue a refund.

We always suggest subscribing to our emails to ensure you are getting first access to restocks, new products, and promotions.

You can purchase any Pure Energy Apothecary product from PureEnergyVT.com. We have many authorized retailers across the US and Canada. Please email us at orders@PureEnergyVT.com or use our CHAT feature and we will let you know the retailer closes to your location.

If you haven’t signed up for our emails, please do! We will let you know about the latest launches, news, and promotional offers and discounts.

Promotion codes are limited to one code per order, and in some cases promotions can be redeemed only once per person. All promotion codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once expired. Promotions are not redeemable for cash. Pure Energy Apothecary reserves the right to change or rescind offers and promotion codes at any time. Please note that misuse of promotions and codes may result in order cancellation.

To purchase a gift card, please add the item in the desired denomination to your shopping bag. Add the recipient’s name in the “To” field and the sender’s name in the “From” field. You may also enter the recipient’s email address into the recipient email field and the gift card will be emailed directly to the recipient. Please note, Afterpay cannot be used to purchase a gift card or on orders containing gift cards.

Gift cards may be redeemed in the checkout process by selecting “Add Gift Card” at the checkout screen.

Product Questions

As all of our products are natural, handcrafted products we suggest a shelf life of 12-months after opening. Please store your products in cool, dry locations out of excessive heat, sunlight or cold.

Yes, but of course use common sense. We recommend patch testing when using essential oils (always use carrier oils) on small children. Pure Energy Apothecary does not recommend consuming essential oils. 

No, we do not test our products on animals, only on the humans we love most.

All of our products are natural! 

No. We do not use parabens.
