I have an autoimmune disease called Sjogren's that causes joint, muscle and nerve pain. I love the magnesium butter and helps with joint and muscle stiffness. The magnesium cream also helps me relax and feel sleepy before bed. I also have a lot of insomnia and sleep issues related to Sjogren's and the magnesium cream helps too! I have used the magnesium cream for about 2 years. Dawn and her team at Pure Energy Apothecary are awesome and very kind and caring.
The whipped butter is very moisturizing and I absolutely love that it has natural ingredients in it. Magnesium is known to help with muscle aches and tension so using it on my shoulders every night is a great way to relieve stress and tension.

I’ve used it on my temples for headaches, on my knees when they ache, and on my wrists and soles of my feet, which feels very relaxing and helps me fall asleep. I appreciate that the scent is minimal and not overpowering at all. I’ve tried other magnesium body butters and the scents were too strong and off-putting. I have bad leg and foot cramps- besides taking high doses of magnesium, I slather this on my legs in the morning and before bed.
The Magnesium Whipped Butter really helps my arthritis in my feet and hands. I apply it every night at bedtime. I don't have foot cramps in the night like I used to and I've noticed more mobility in my fingers in the early morning.
I use it in the morning and evening along with magnesium glycinate to help alleviate muscle cramps- and it does help!

Have been using for just about a year now. My orthopedic Dr said I would be seeing him by last December for another gel shot; it's over a year since I had my first gel.shot and I believe that the magnesium butter along with strength training have kept me from needing another shot.
